O mnie
About me
Jestem inżynierem logistyki, absolwentem WAT, a karierę zawodową zaczynałem w firmie transportowej, od spraw technicznych. Dzięki temu poznałem operacje transportowe od środka. Następnie zająłem się analizami w controllingu i ukończyłem studia magisterskie z analizy danych Big Data na SGH.
Karierę na etacie zakończyłem na stanowisku menedżera ds. transformacji cyfrowej (Digital Transformation Senior Manager), w ramach którego zarządzałem zespołem deweloperów i realizowałem projekty również na poziomie grupy (Project Management & Product Owning).
Prywatnie interesuję się ekonomią behawioralną, co uzupełnia mój warsztat o lepsze zrozumienie pracownika i klienta.
Powyższa ścieżka pozwoliła mi ukształtować kompetencje, dzięki którym rozumiem organizację od podstaw operacyjnych po wysoki poziom zarządzania (perspektywę kierownictwa i zarządu).
I am a logistics engineer, a graduate of the Military University of Technology (WAT), and I started my career at a transport company, working on technical matters. That gave me a view of transport operations from the inside. I then moved into controlling analytics and completed a master's degree in Big Data analytics at SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
I ended my employed career as Digital Transformation Senior Manager, leading a team of developers and delivering projects also at group level (Project Management & Product Owning).
Privately, I am interested in behavioural economics, which adds a better understanding of employees and customers to my toolkit.
